Pre-purchase Examinations
We perform Vettings on primarily sport horses and leisure horses for export. We are also Listed Veterinary Surgeons for Cavan international Horse Sales. Our clinicians are experienced in Vettings for different purposes and can adjust the examination to the purchaser’s requirements and the horses intended use.
For overseas clients whose horses are being purchased for export, our administrative team work closely with shipping agents to ensure compliance with each individual country’s specific import requirements and aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
As most of our diagnostic equipment (endoscopy, digital ultrasound and digital radiography) is portable, Vettings can be carried out at any suitable premises as well as at our clinic.
